MA 14, the Automated Data Processing, Information and Communications Technology department at the City of Vienna, was installed to ensure optimum utilisation of information and communications technology with the City Administration. The municipal department has one of the biggest computer networks in Europe to provide all the technical basics for 35,000 members of staff. Citizens can count on rapid, competent, and modern communication with the City Administration: our ADP and telecommunications guarantee citizen-friendly, efficient and service-oriented administration.
