A team of legal experts, social workers and psychologists provides women with information and initial consultation free of charge, confidentially and, on request, also anonymously.
We offer counselling via phone, in person, and via e-mail.
Services
Initial counselling on the following topics:
- Counselling and support services in Vienna,
- Legal counselling on family law, including topics such as divorce, separation, parental custody, visitation rights, and alimony payments,
- Social counselling on social, financial and work-related matters such as access to social benefits, social housing, subsidised housing,
- Psychological counselling to support women who face challenging situations in life, information on mental health support services.
Languages: Counselling is available in German and English. Legal counselling on the topic of family law is also available in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian.

For initial information, you may visit during opening hours without an appointment.
For in-depth counselling, an appointment is required. Please call to schedule an appointment. Appointments cannot be made via e-mail.

The City of Vienna - Women’s Centre provides counselling for women who live or work in Vienna. If you live in any of the other Austrian provinces and need counselling, please contact the women's department in your province.
