Property management (Hausverwaltung)

The property management is in charge of the maintenance of the entire building and acts on behalf of the house owner(s). The name and address of the property management is usually displayed in the entrance hall of the building. If you encounter any difficulties in the house or have questions concerning the house or the costs, you can contact the property management either in writing or by phone. The operating costs are also settled by the property management.
