Opening hours
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9 am to 3.30 pm
- Thursday from 9 am to 7 pm
- Check our opening hours for any short-notice closures and for our closing times in summer.
- Closed or reduced opening hours on Good Friday, 24 December and 31 December.
We try to provide ordered records within one working day, but some documents might take considerably longer due to delivery from remote storage or due to data protection check-ups. Orders until 1 pm are usually available at 10 am the following day, orders after 1 pm at 1 pm the following day. If you already know the signature of the archival records you want to see, you can order them in advance via e-mail:
