Services offered by the City of Vienna Women’s Department

By offering a vast range of services and providing relevant information, Municipal Department 57 - City of Vienna Women’s Department (MA 57) promotes the empowerment of women. In this context, empowerment refers to encouraging, strengthening and supporting women to become proactive, lead an independent life and participate in society. The couselling services offered by the Women’s Department support girls and women who find themselves in critical life situations and help them cope with their problems. Special group workshops for interested girls and young women provide an overview of the services and activities of Municipal Department 57.
