German language and basic education courses
The City of Vienna supports new migrants in learning German. As a migrant in Vienna you can also boost your general education by attending basic education courses to improve your maths or computer skills.

For adults

As an adult and depending on your level of education you can attend basic education or German language courses.

For women

The City of Vienna offers basic education and German language courses that specifically focus on the needs of women.

For young people

Courses for young people and young adults focus on new migrants between 15 and 21 years of age.

For children

Tutoring and remedial teaching as well as summer language courses are offered for children up to 14 years of age.
