The Water Pipeline Hiking Path

On the occasion of the 125th anniversary of the First Vienna Mountain Spring Pipeline, a hiking path was established in 1988 along the most picturesque sections of the pipeline course – the First Vienna Mountain Pipeline Hiking Path. The path was conceived for a two-day hike. The point of departure can be easily reached by bus and railway: on the first day, start out in Bad Vöslau and walk to Mödling. The second hike will take you from Kaiserbrunn to Gloggnitz through Höllental Valley.
