Integration in Vienna - Facts and figures

Integration and diversity monitoring is used to survey developments and measures in Vienna. It supports the further development of policies and administration in the areas of integration and diversity.

Immigration and the resulting pluralisation of our society are a reality. This is also reflected in the facts and figures about the Viennese population.

The publication "Viennese Mélange - A Toolbox for Integration" presents over 70 integration projects of the Department for Integration and Diversity of the City of Vienna from 2004 to 2024.

The calendar provides an overview of the most important holidays of the largest religious and ethnic groups in Vienna. It also includes traditional holidays, international commemoration days of the United Nations and other organisations as well as public holidays in Austria.
