• We act as a liaison to politicians, experts of the City of Vienna and enterprises and institutions with close ties to the city.
• We are the first contact for visits by international delegations.
• We provide advice on possible cooperation with the City of Vienna.
• We develop customised cooperation models.

The Vienna Service Office offers free information and brochures on topics and provides individual assistance in matters of everyday life.
