Service hotline

You can call the service hotline "Hilfe für Flüchtlinge in Wien" (Help for refugees in Vienna) for the support of refugees from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 8pm at 01 24 5 24 99. Please call us if you want to know how you could help refugees. Our staff speaks English too.

Donating time regularly
