Apply for your bus access permit online

If you are coming to Vienna for the event and want to enter the restricted zone by bus, please apply for your bus access permit for the day in question ahead of time. The fee is EUR 51,70 (i.e. an administrative fee of EUR 30,70 for each ticket, plus a one-off federal fee of EUR 21 that is charged for each order).

Bus access permit can only be applied for online. After your credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club) has been completed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. To complete the application, you must notify us of the registration number(s) of the vehicle(s) you want to use (one vehicle per permit) in good time, i.e. no later than one week before the permits´s validity date. The required information on registration numbers must be provided online. You will receive a notification link with the confirmation of your application. You can also apply for a bus access permit online until two (2) days before your arrival, provided that you provide the registration number(s) of your vehicle(s) at the same time.

NB: Once you have entered a vehicle registration number for which the permit is to be valid, you will not be able to change your entry.

After you have entered the registration number(s), you will receive the permit in PDF format by e-mail. Please print the PDF file and attach the bus access permit to the inside of your windshield in a clearly visible position. The permit allows you to enter the restricted zone and use the special pick-up and drop-off zones on the day and in the time slot indicated on the permit. You may also use the free parking areas outside the restricted zone.
