Regional offices - intercultural work on location

The teams of the three regional offices of Municipal Department 17 - Integration and Diversity (MA 17) provide services on location for all Viennese.

They promote good neighbourly relations in the districts and in the city. They are contact points for all questions, ideas and suggestions regarding good relations in the neighbourhood and how to improve them.

The teams of the regional offices advise and support the people on location in implementing ideas and suggestions. They speak the languages of most migrant groups, know their clubs, associations, pubs and restaurants and form part of the networks in the neighbourhoods. They reflect the diversity of the Viennese population and are experts of intercultural communication.

Contacts

The teams of the regional offices of MA 17 provide the people in the districts with support on location. They develop projects and are a contact point for anyone who has questions, ideas and suggestions regarding the topic of integration. Each regional office is responsible for several districts.
