The five stations are to provide detailed records of weather, atmospheric conditions and microclimatic conditions. more


Online recording of nature sightings

Contribute to the project by logging your animal and plant sightings and photos in the nature calendar of the Central Institute for Meteorology and Geodynamics. more

18 beehives on the Danube Island

Since spring 2020, 18 colonies of bees have been living on the Danube Island,the honey they produce has been available to buy. more


New meadow of wild fruit trees

All of the trees are ancient wild fruit species, which makes them especially valuable in ecological terms. more
