The WienBot provides answers to questions about the most frequently used wien.at content, routing information, city map content and departure times for public transport. Here is a small selection of questions as a suggestion:

Popular wizard features

• English answers
  The WienBot speaks German and English. If you select any language other than "German" in the operating system, the WienBot answers are automatically translated into English. So even more people can use the WienBot answers.
• Directions and timetable information
  "How do I get to the Gänsehäufel?" The WienBot not only shows you how to get to your destination as quickly as possible, but also when the nearest public transport will take you there.
• City map integration
