An uphill walk through vineyards and wooded hills rewarded by a marvellous view of Vienna and the Danube.

Starting point: end station of tram line D (Nußdorf)

Distance: eleven kilometres

Hiking time: approximately three and a half to four hours

Stamping point:
Josefinenhütte, closed Monday

Where to eat and drink along the way: Restaurant Kahlenberg, Josefinenhütte, Weberhütte (short detour required), Heurige (wine taverns) in Wildgrubgasse, Kahlenberger Straße and Nußdorf
