Tasks

The project office for gender mainstreaming supports the departments and offices of the Vienna City Administration in their gender mainstreaming process. The project office aims to demonstrate that gender mainstreaming is a method for making products and services of the City of Vienna more fair and geared towards the needs of the various target groups. The task of the project office is to turn gender mainstreaming from a pilot project to a part of the everyday work in all departments of the administration.
