Land acquisition by foreigners - relevant authority

Applications under the Vienna Act on Land Acquisition by Foreigners (Wiener Ausländergrunderwerbsgesetz) should be submitted to the Vienna City Administration, notably to the competent division of the Municipal Department for Immigration, Citizenship and Registry Offices (MD 35).
